Please read the SuperTech RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) procedure carefully to avoid any delays.

1. An RMA number must be issued and accompany all returned items
2. An RMA number can be obtained by either filling out an RMA form and emailing it to: RMA@SuperTech.com, or by calling 408-988-1234, during regular SuperTech business hours
3. RMA numbers must be obtained within the first 30 days from the date the product is shipped, with the exception of OEM memory modules that carry a warranty of one year or longer
4. All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue
5. The customer is responsible for all freight, insurance and handling charges for shipping to SuperTech; SuperTech will pay for return ground-shipping of goods on repair or defective items
6. The RMA number should be prominently displayed on the shipping label
